GenRouter ships products globally. Please review the information below regarding destinations, shipping timelines, and costs before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please refer to the shipping rates table below for supported destinations.

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Thailand, Indonesia, China, Laos, Cambodia, South Korea, Taiwan, and India. If your destination is not listed in our shipping rates table, please contact us before placing an order.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or non-business days will be processed on the next business day

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A confirmation email will be sent
  • A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is confirmed shipped
  • It may take 3–10 business days for the carrier to scan and update tracking information

  • For third-party shipping arrangements, GenRouter cannot provide additional shipping information or documentation

We offer free global shipping for orders over $99 (limited-time promotion).
Free shipping applies to orders shipped to: USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Hong Kong, Macau, UAE, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan.

For orders below $99, shipping fees are applied based on destination:
